1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the cbajet platform available at cbajet.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with cbajet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cbajet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral. cbajet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the cbajet platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cbajet operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Personal use: You must be opening and using your cbajet account solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either imposed by cbajet or by any other gambling platform or authority, that would prohibit your participation in online gambling at the time of registration.
• Mental capacity: You must not be under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or any other impairment that reduces your ability to make informed decisions at the time of placing bets.

cbajet employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. Required documentation includes a valid Bangladeshi National ID card (NID) or passport. cbajet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if it has reasonable grounds to doubt the accuracy of information provided during registration.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the cbajet platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold exactly one active cbajet account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at cbajet's discretion, particularly where duplicate accounts have been used to claim bonuses or circumvent responsible gaming limits.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. You agree to notify cbajet immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. cbajet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your cbajet account at any time by contacting the support team. cbajet may suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cbajet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. cbajet does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts under any circumstances. Funds deposited into your cbajet account are held for gaming purposes only and are not considered investments, savings, or financial instruments. cbajet does not pay interest on account balances.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the cbajet finance team following a full KYC review. A withdrawal request will not be processed until your account KYC verification is complete. cbajet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000. cbajet does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values on the cbajet platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by cbajet. Players are responsible for any fees their own bank or mobile wallet provider may charge in connection with currency conversion on their end.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

cbajet offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. Where any conflict exists between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type; typically, slots contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cbajet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the relevant account, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms; or providing false information to qualify for a bonus. cbajet's determination in such matters is final.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings that have not cleared the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. cbajet does not issue extensions to bonus expiry periods except at its sole discretion in documented exceptional circumstances.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cbajet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, voiding of outstanding bets and winnings, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point in your interaction with cbajet.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, for any purpose.
• Match fixing and sports manipulation: Placing bets on sports events that you have any role in influencing, or placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of an event.
• Charge-back fraud: Initiating a charge-back with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion on the cbajet platform.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any bug, glitch, or malfunction in the platform software to obtain credits, winnings, or other benefits to which you are not entitled.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with legitimate human play.
• Money laundering: Using the cbajet platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. cbajet is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the cbajet platform — including but not limited to the cbajet brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of cbajet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cbajet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any cbajet content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; frame or mirror any part of the cbajet website on any other website; or use cbajet branding, trademarks, or trade dress without prior written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing terms. cbajet holds the necessary licences to make these games available on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

cbajet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond cbajet's reasonable control. cbajet will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, delays, or technical errors, provided cbajet acts reasonably to restore service.

8.2 Financial Losses from Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager on the cbajet platform. cbajet is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur during legitimate, correctly settled play. By using the platform, you accept full responsibility for your own betting decisions.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbajet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your cbajet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cbajet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the cbajet platform, you agree to first contact the cbajet support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal remedy. cbajet's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, the settlement of bets, and the award or withholding of bonuses shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
